"choosing agressive breeds" Well, tell me which breed exactly is so agressiv. Those little thingies, like toy poodles, chihuahuas etc tend to bite more often, because when they do it as pups, everyone's just like "Aww, look at this cute little guy!", while bigger dogs usually are better trained.
But, yeah, it's pretty often the owner's or "victim's" fault. I got bitten once, by the dog of my best friend, and well, I did deserve it. I entered their garden, and the dog didn't see me that often, so he thought I might be a burglar, so he just did his job.

Well, just in these sentence they have an equal amount of stupidity :)
