When I was a child, I accidentally pulled the coffee maker and the steaming hot coffee got on my back. My dad ran and took off my shirt but since it was a bit too late, my skin had already gotten burn marks.
As I cried my eyes out, my mother brought the butter in and she smeared it onto my back. To this day, I do not have a single mark on my back from that incident.
