The top of the box would enter the yellow portal and come out the blue portal. Since the blue portal is opposite the door.. I am guessing the box would fly out of itself sideways initially. However the box cannot enter the portal fully and come out the other end at the same time. The top of the box would come out of the middle of the box and push the inside part of the door open until the box door is being pushed against the edge of the yellow portal. The box cannot move any farther because the harder you push the box into the yellow portal the harder the top of the box is being pushed through the blue portal which results in the pushing of the inner side of the door against the edge of the yellow portal. TLDR version: Portal blue in box, portal orange on wall. Box closed and turned sideways and thrown into orange portal. Box forces door open from inside and gets door stuck against edge of orange portal.
