I think it depends on the game. I played demos's through elden ring (except DS3). Dex was broken in the firsts ones and they they learnt to balance it. But for me, I like the challenge of the 3 second stun lock to do maximum damage. Also I am slow irl so I am bad with the Adderall Dex builds lol
