Idk why you replied to a comment I posted 7 months ago, but you're incorrect. Faster relative velocity does indeed make time slow down in accordance to this simple formula: t=t0*γ where t is time as observed in the moving frame of reference, t0 is time in the still-standing frame of reference and γ is the Lorentz factor, aka 1/(1-v^2/c^2).. As you can see, when the relative velocity gets closer to c the denominator gets ever closer to 0, and thus the fraction becomes incredibly large. This means that time is "expanded" by an increasingly large factor the closer an object's relative velocity is to that of light. It's true that only energy can travel at the speed of light (any mass would become infinitely big at this velocity), but it's a thought experiment, and you could say that for photons, time is stopped. Trust me, I'm an engineer
