They are fundamentalist, but what you are misunderstanding, is that fundamentalism is not the same as terrorism. Every single source you cite is from the US, and I think they have the greatest problem understanding what is going on in Muslim countries.
Saudis are fundamentalists, and they apply Sharia law. Iran applies the Sharia, and the laws in Singapore are based on the Sharia (same in Indonesia). Did you see any terrorism from these countries (except from independent groups)? Not at all.
Fact is many fundamentalists are against, or have nothing to do with ISIS.
Following the Qur'an does not mean you have to kill innocent people. You can still see other religions as inferior (Kufr), but it does not mean you support killing anyone. I didn't have the time to check all your sources, but from the picture you send, I only see that Muslim are more religious that christian and they still believe in religious laws. It does not mean they are terrorists.
Don't misunderstand me, I am not saying Sharia is good, and I think that people wanting Sharia applied in our countries should be ignored.
But anyway, if someone is religious it does not mean he is a terrorist. In France, Salafists informed about potential terrorist groups, and ISIS supporters are not welcomed in many mosques because they put a bad reputation on religious people source: http://www.documentaires-streaming.com/special-investigation-soldats-dallah/).
So no, I don't see the bigger picture, because everyone supporting Sharia is not necessarily supporting terrorism in my opinion. Don't mix up everything.
And btw, people wanting the US and their culture out of their countries is totally understandable to me.
