But the opportunities presented to you are also payed for by strangers? Like when you live in Kentucky and a job programme offering people an alternative to coal mines is opened up or something. Or simply your education constitutes an opportunity as well, for you, paid by others. you were deemed worthy of the fruits of someone elses labor paying for most of your education.
Apart from enjoyment from work, you still work to provide for yourself right? Would you change the things you do a lot if you wouldnt leave most material gains to others after death?
I guess im just in favor of rather radical equality, where the opportunities in life are much more evenly distributed. You can still be rich or poor, but it would be much more a result from your work, not of your parents wealth. But we can agree to disagree
