Usually I would agree, but what is even cringe in this scene? I do believe Frieren to be great.

We had a poor old drunk with a mule, known to to show up in the local festivals and all sorts of gatherings to get black out drunk. He would often give beer to the mule as well. When he was done, he would get on the mule and it would take the guy home everytime. Everyone knew about him, I guess you could think if him as a bit of a local legend.
