This happened when I was consulting for one of the largest public US corporations. There were ~8 individuals video conferenced together and one independent contractor didn't realize his cam was active while working from his hotel. He walked away from the camera for a couple of minutes and came back wearing a robe. A few minutes later, he began touching himself -- nothing aggressive, but still completely exposing himself. The host fumbled to turn off his video feed for a couple of minutes while he sat oblivious to his actions. We had around 15 people crowded around the conference room door to witness this historic moment.
