My soul aches when this happens, while working I sometimes think to myself "after I finish this I also have to do that, this and those tasks" and then my boss who has been with us less than a year pops up from her cave to tell me "you must also do that, this and those tasks" and I get incomprehensibly angry at the notion of her telling me what to do, made worse by the fact that after I'm done she takes entire days to "review" what I've done and questions me about everything and out of the gate assumes I'm doing something wrong if she doesn't understand It, I'm at the point that I just straight up tell her to ask someone else and just leave it on her office until she gives up and accepts what I've done since she doesn't even know who to ask if what I did is right.
