I've eaten it both in my country and in Mexico, and I swear its always been either tasteless, insipid or just boring to me, only stuff I can get on with are nachos if they are really loaded up or burritos but neither are something ill go out of my way to eat, as for what food I would say is flavorful idk, I cant point to some specific cuisine, I like pretty much anything at least a bit, but Mexican food for some reason is one I just don't get the hype about, in part I guess I dislike it a bit more because its pretty expensive here in my country and not worth it considering I can't taste anything especial to justify it.

ill be that guy, never eaten Mexican food I liked, its always tasteless and like you need a gallon of hot sauce for it to taste like something which end up making it only taste spicy, I've eaten in plenty of proper Mexican establishments and still haven't tried anything that made me understand why people like Mexican food so much
