This some misleadin´ shit. Take in account that North Dakota did not imposed mandatory masks and the restricitons until 16th of November, with the measure being announced by Governor Brugum on 13th. The number of infected doesn´t go down immediately, of course, because of people who got infected before the restrictions, as Covid has an incubation period of 2 weeks, after which we should be able to start seeing some meaningfull drops. And we do, It even drops faster than in North Dakota. Basically, for what this graph is trying to prove, you can ignore everything before roughly the 11/14/20 marker. Now Ain´t that sumthin.
