That's indeed correct. I do not like it, but it is what it is. Luckily, I am irreplaceable at the workplace. We're only 2 people and nobody else will work for the crumbs I'm paid. Naturally, there is not enough money (never is) for a payrise, while in the same time the boss-man goes on a week long vacations (abroad) 3-4 times a year.
