Well my personal opinion, The US should stop making such busniess out of it, make healthcare one centralized Universal Health Care insurrense.
Making it to a busniess strongly limits how many people can get it, and this should had been a standard by now.
US is rankin 38th in healthcare.

Countries cannot force other countries to do certain politics.
But with such a health care plan will result that every person in X Country is covered by a standard health care.
F.X in Usa, a few years ago, a 4 year old girl died by high Fever, the hospital rejected to take care of her due to the mother could not afford the bill, and the father died before she were born.
