than you haven't heard about "family sharing" yet.
you can share your games with your xbox family - which is basically a list of 10 people you want to share with.
Everyone in this xbox family can play all games in the game libraries of the other family members.

The only restriction is that only one person can play a specific game at a time - unless it's a multyplayer title, then two family members can play together (even if they don't own the game).

To share games with someone who is not in your xbox family this person has to be in your friend list for at least 30 days (and you can only share a game once unless you share it with someone from your xbox family)
