The context is rather convoluted: The 2 guys are (former) high rated members of the far-right Austrian freedom party FPÖ . (The sitting one was party leader and until yesterday vice-chancellor of Austria). This party often was critized for its close ties to Russia and always stated that these ties were nonsense

A few days ago a 6 hour long video was sent to several news outlets in which the two guys meet in a villa on the spanish isle Ibiza with an alleged russian businesswoman and they talk about several rather illegal business deals, one of which was plans to sell a majority of the biggest newspaper in Austria to the russians in order to get the Paper to be more favorable to the FPÖ. After the video became public, the whole government basically imploded with both of these guys now being without a job and the country now stands before elections in September.

Feminism is not really part of the equation and it probably was supposed to be a joke about the extremely conservative Image the Party has of women (Belong in the kitchen with the children yadda yadda), while also being extremely eager to collude with a woman when they think it can help sate their thirst for power.
