If parents are old, chances are they wouldn't immediately think that someone was casting their video on TV. All anon had to do was feign ignorance, come downstairs when his dad shouted, "fix the weird TV bug" and that was it. Social anxiety ***ed anon in the ass there.

Uh, no? An averagely fit person can sprint/dash for a couple of seconds and go back to jogging or a lighter pace? Neither of them look too particularly fat to do that in the video

This is probably gonna sound like a "Internet Tough Guy" moment, but I actually am currently training for an oncoming physical fitness test, so I run 2.6km (~1.6mi in 'Murican) every other training day. I train four times a week. It's nothing stellar, but I'd say that slightly above 5km per week constitutes a real run.
