The Haroldist Church was meant to counter Gandalfism, and you're not the church's prophet, these were Chunk and Baki_Eral. One has been banned and the other one is inactive since then, and almost all of the Gandalfic order has moved away. Nowadays, the religion trend is dead, and the Haroldist Church is meaningless.

First: It's not like we were blindly worshiping these oldfags for no reason. These guys were contributing as much as the current bots (and in (much) better quality), reporting reposts, were funny in the comment section, and we were thankful for that, because they were making the site alive, they were the pillars of the solid userbase we once were. Yeah, some of them started to feel like some special ***, and thought the community was owing them something. But yo, they used to contribute more in a month than probably both of us united would for the rest of the year.

Secondly, They didn't launch a raid BECAUSE we started worshiping them, they launched one because they were disappointed with the site's administration. Everyone was mad back then, but because they were more noticeable, they got noticed, period. Let's not mix everything up.

Third, we have to get back in the context back then to understand the nazi-posting thing: Hugelol was in a crossroad, either we were dropping dark humour or the add-partners would drop us. The community wanted to show admns how dark humour was necessary to the site by overflowing the site of dark humour posts (the fact that the operation failed quite badly is another subject).

Fourth: Concerning the boring raids, I think that's more of this guy's opinion rather than a generality, because if we're talking about the religion raid, this has been more helpful than harmful to the community. OC was made, and it brought the community together.
