Ok guys, the image from below is from Familia P.Luche, a mexican Sitcom, and the guy is a guy in his 30's that suffer amnesia and believes is the son of the protagonist couple, who actually caused the amnesia by hitting him in the head, because he was actually a supercop looking to put the protagonist in jail, so the couple adopted him so he never remembers his cop identity and makes him believe he is their 10 year old son. Yep.
