Just last week a 12-year old shot a teacher and 2 other students at his school, and yesterday an 11-year old was found at his school with a gun (and 400 bullets) and several knifes. I"m not saying "shoot everyone at will" or anything even near that, but to assume he's harmless *because* he's 13 is stupid.

And exactly the same with Belgium in World War I (and probably Luxembourg too?), but they left the Netherlands alone in that one.
