You can't read it if you just scroll past it.
To crop an image, just open the Image in paint, drag a rectangle for the area you want to keep and click 'crop'. It's really not hard.
Microsoft actually made a tutorial video for that, I think I'm just gonna paste the link whenever someone failes to crop an image.
