you havent exposed anything since from the beginning i have been against death penalty and abortion. you are the one who would kill off innocent unborn babies.

you are making assumptions that are incorrect.. when i write "i would have difficulties ARGUING against it" doesnt mean i am not against it but exactly what i wrote. as i said, you just want me to be wrong and argue from that perspective. it doesnt make any sense arguing with you, if that is the case.

why should i be against the death penalty for the wrong reason?
i said i am against the death penalty.. my major reason is because of maljustice. but even just for that reason i am against.. i dont need to break my head over other reasons.
and with your argument that a fetus is not a person... if your mom would have had an abortion you wouldnt be a person :-) so fetus is not a person, but it has the potential to be one. and that is the main part of my argumentation.
