Arch is great. I like the balance between being able to build your own system but not having to spend a long time configuring it, comparing to say, Gentoo. Also, can't imagine going back to a non-rolling release myself. Reading about all the cool stuff the new version of a component brings and see it getting ported to your distro in half a year? lolno.
