I've been doing a lot of training during the quarantine, and it has really put me in a great mood. Never been happier in my life, having so much fun with it. But I've therefore managed to overtrain, and injured my shoulder. So now I'm really down in the dumps, feeling broken and sad that i can't do what I enjoy. A bottle of cheap vodka for me please. If anybody has experience with injury lemme see you in the comments bois
