Borini is a LFC player who was sent off in the 90th (usually the last exept for added time) minute, so that's why. Two yellow card equal a red card, and when you get a red card you are supposed to leave the pitch.

You're from South-Africa? (it sounds a little like Dutch)

Martins Indi is a different story. Born in Portugal, moved to the Netherlands when he was 3 months old. I think you can call him Dutch?

And Ronaldo your only legend? Ever heard of Figo? Because you can say that Figo is a legend.

And you forget some players, one of the best: Dennis Bergkamp. Bergkamp and Henry together at Arsenal was pure beauty.

Boularouz isn't a bad player. Not really good, but bitween 2005 and 2008 he was one of the top 20 defenders in Europe. The Cannibal (that's his nickname, because he used a Dutch expression in German and if you translate it litteraly it says: I eat my opponent, it sounds quite weird). And I like di Maria. Not as much as other players, but I don't hate him. He's a hard working player, not a showoff.

By the way: What do you think of players like Fernando (man shitty), Pepe and Deco? Do you like them in the Portuguese team or not? Because that's a little issue in Holland, we've got De Guzman who is actually a Canadian (moved to Rotterdam when he was 12, his brother plays for Canada) and also Douglas, a Brazillian player who speaks and acts Dutch and is married to a Dutch woman and has a Dutch kid with her), and in the past players like Gullit, Rijkaard, Seedorf and Kluivert who are actually from Surinam. And right now we've got players like Depay, Affelay, Van Der Wiel, and of course Nigel de Jong and Ola John who are half Dutch and half African or Carribean/Surinam, and also Maxwell from PSG, who is Brazilian, but if he had'nt played the match for third place against Holland he would be able to play for Holland. Weird, but true.

Around 1650 Spain and Portugal were in some kind of an alliance, while the Netherlands and Spain were at war.

And we didn't sell our slaves, we kept them for ourselves. They worked on the Dutch plantations in America.

We're the only country that could buy Manhatten, to later give it away...

Be fair, Boularouz his second yellow was faked by Figo. And the red card for Giovanni was way too much. Deco should have gotten a red card way earlier. And Portugal wasn't that great. Beating England in football isn't very much of an accomplishment, is it?

By the way: Costinha should have been sent off when he got his first yellow, just like Boulah. Not to mention Deco, who isn't Portuguese but a Brazilian, was looking if the player got a yellow card, if not he would lay down a little longer. Figo should have been sent off instead of getting yellow for a headbutt, Nuno Valente got a yellow card that wasn't even a foul, and not to mention yellow cards for the complaining from Portugal. Oh, Figo should have gotten another red card for kicking Van der Sar in his face...

And that was in fact the worst performance of a ref i have seen in my lifetime.

And you talk about Boularouz? He's tough, but he still plays football. Pepe on the other hand is a psycho and should be banned for life for what he did against Levante and Getafe. Ronaldo was a pussy, he got over that but is way to busy with his looks. Like the CL final, he scored a penalty for 4-1, and he acted like he just won Real the CL.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ec0CT8yzjAo << that's just one example of Pepe...

You know we (the Dutch) were at war with Spain for 80 years and lost aboud half of our country (in that time Belgium and Luxembourg were also part of the Netherlands)? And after that with England. And don't forget that it wasn't really your land, it wasn't ours either, but that doesn't matter. So we weren't really at our strongest point...

And it wasn't about Portugal. It was about Spain, and what better way to stick it to Spain than attacking it's ally? (yes, at that time Spain and Portugal were allies). We took a part of Brazil to stick it to the Spanish, we captured one of their fleets filled with gold and silver, And we gave them back, and Portugal still owes us about 25.000 kilo of gold, it was due to be payed in 1662, so about 350 years of interest should be added, if the Netherlands demand payment in full Portugal will be bankrupt..

I can also imagine African countrys hating the Dutch, most slaveships were Dutch...

No, not everyone. French does count. And Italy doesn't like Monaco either.
