I'll give you the real answer:
Track and areas near the track were used as garbage dump and pooping place. The stones on which railway tracks are built are supposed to stay clean so the rails can level themselves if one of them becomes a little higher than the other because of the weight of passing trains.

If they become too dirty (the technical term is "fouling") this becomes more difficult and eventually the tracks will shift in height too much and a train could derail because of it.

Usually they are cleaned every couple of decades to deal with regular amounts of fouling (technical term is "ballast cleaning"), but with the more than regular amount of pooping happening on the track the regular maintenance wasn't sufficient.

In this trainwreck the report stated: "... Thus, poor maintenance condition of track and poor drainage mainly due to misuse of track by outsiders as a dumping and shit ground, has been a contributory factor in causing the derailment of the train. ..."

TL;DR
Their mighty poop did indeed cause the wreck

You're missing the point I'm trying to make. In the US "hate speech" is not illegal. In some EU countries "hate speech" is illegal and you can be punished by the government for it. Note that incitement is usually illegal everywhere though.

Hate speech isn't part of free speech in some EU countries and never has been. In the US it is.
