I made this myself, if you can find it anywhere but here or on tumblr where I originally posted it (and if you find it there I can prove that I was the one who posted it), I'd love to see it. But I do admit it isn't the most original thing and I can understand you thinking you've seen it before, it's still false. I actually did a reverse image search to see whether it has been done before, I found nothing.
