Also as i stated before i think that 45'000 is after income tax since it is stated as income.

average total income tax 31.9% (in the video 59.6%) Quebec average income about 45'000(in the video 35'000 per person) and i almost sure that this is after tax since it says income which usually indicates that. so yeah...
