Face girls on the same level and your relations with them, doesnt matter if you are just friends or more, will improve. treat them like you want to be treated. dont talk down to them and dont be her villain. If you do everything for her, you will be seen as a bootlicker with low self-esteem, who only does those things for her because you want her to like you. Thats not manly at all, its pathetic and thus unattractive.
Present yourself in the best way you can, but dont change your own personality, stay as you are and you will find a girl that actually matches you.
