just because unemployment is lowering doesnt mean we are better, the production is about the same as it was a few years back, the big reason we look like we are recovering is because of the emigration of people with no job, every year around 120 000 people leave the country (lowering the % of unemployed people), oh and we will never be able to pay our debt, the cuts our governemnt did made us save for only the amount we need to pay as interest, wich means that we are actually getting worse since the debt is increasing, unless lots of companies start investing in Portugal or a part of the debt is forgiven we will be screwed

in any diet where you want to lose fat your body will go get the required energy to the fat storages but some of those calories also come from the breakdown of muscle, it is as simple as that, it has nothing to do with timing of the workout. please educate yourself and read real studies about what i am saying instead of going to internet fitness gurus. these myths are way too comon and need to be stoped. and about the coconut oil it is very possible that it will help with fat loss but only if you are consuming less calories than your body needs to maintain its weight, if you do lose fat, the amount lost was probably almost all from eating below maintenance making the results from the coconut oil trivial. i know what i am talking about dude belive me

no study has been made to back up what you have said. you dont store fat when you eat too late, there are no specific foods that store fat, workout before 1st meal is irrelevant to fat loss, all this is called BROSCIENCE and it has been proven to be false by numerous studies (and yes i read these studies)

you will also lose fat, you cant lose one without losing the other, the trick is in minimizing muscle loss and maximizing fat loss. that is why you continue training with heavy weights and maintain consumption of protein high
