For those who have never seen a Pokemon episode in their life, this is a scene where a ditto (a transforming Pokemon) was a captured by the bad guys (team rocket) and told to transform into a powerful Pokemon. But this ditto had a hard time getting the face right, kind of like Otto from Star Trek. So team rocket starts pressuring ditto to transform better and picks a Pokemon from a book for ditto to try instead. But, instead of transforming into the Pokemon they're pointing at, he transforms into the book itself.
