Erm, I'm not sure what you're talking about. So, you found post on the /Top page, but they were deleted? They were likely deleted for being illegal post or being a repost.

Taking away modship is, I think, a good way to ensure the community that the mods will be faithful. It's just an extra addition, but if the admins don't like it, they don't have to install it.

You're right, however, that's why we have the Mods check them before they get deleted. Mods have good judgment because they've been on this site for so long. Under the rules of this idea, a mod is not allowed to delete the post unless they know 100% it is in fact a repost.

It we can get people to agree on this idea, we will shoot an email to the admins directly, telling them about it. Since the admins are so dang cool on this site, it's likely it will be done.

Basically, there would be an option in the Report Post box that says
"Repost of the post:"

But right under that there would be a box to check saying: "This is a repost, but I cannot find the link.."

If that button gets a certain amount of clicks (maybe 10?), the post would be sent to the Mods. Then, a mod will be the judge of the post.

Since mods have been on the site for a great amount of time, they've seen practically all the post. And mods are loyal and trustworthy, that's why they were chosen as mod.

To make sure mods don't just delete the post when it's not a repost, there will be a rule for Mods, saying that if you delete a post that isn't a repost more than three times, your modship will be taken from you. This will guarantee that your Mods are doing it for the better of HUGELOL.

The admins will give a message to all mods telling them about this idea, the warning about your modship, and also saying if you're not 100% positive a post is not a repost, don't delete it.

This is all an idea, but if it gets enough agreements, we will email the admins about this idea.

Did we ever say that those were? No, there's a limit. But when an OP post a picture of a girl with her boobs showing, it's not for this site. It contains nudity. It's also karma-whoring.

It reaches front because this site has over 30,000 members not on it, and the community who actually cares about the site is only about 250 or so.

This is called HUGELOL for a reason, not HugeTIT or HugeASS. However, the admins have added the cosplay selection to the submit page, but there's a limit on that to. If you're going to just post something that the boobs or ass sticks out, knowing it will get you to the front page.. well, that deserves a deletion by the mods. And that's what we're doing.

Objection. We have been cracking done on post like these. Report them by reporting them under:
- Contains offensive materials/nudity

Every post that is reported with illegal things like you mentioned will be deleted.

Love how you guys pretend you weren't interested in ass/boobs when you were 13

If you feel mods are not doing their jobs correctly, we are more than happy to see these kinds of post. However, over the past few weeks, around 100 re-post have been deleted by user-mods, and the occasional post that does not abide by HUGELOL's rules.

Many of you are forgetting about the handy-dandy report button on top of every post, which notifies a mod whenever it is reported. If you find the link to a repost please click the "Report Post" and click the "Repost of this post" and provide the link. If you find a post offensive, do the same thing and choose what category the post falls under.

Mods cannot scroll through all the pages, that's why it's so helpful when the community kicks in and helps. When you report a post, it goes automatically to a mod who can delete it if it's against the rules or a repost.

Remember! Use the report button always if you have a valid reason. Don't just comment and provide the link. Report it and provide the link in the new reporting system. That way mods can delete it ASAP.

Mods work very hard to make HUGELOL repost free and rule-abiding.

End reached.
