But Varys is doing it for "the good of the realm". Plus pushing people out of windows is not too nice. IMO they're both more neutral characters.

The original CoD had a mechanic where the scope sway changed dependent on stance, and it made the sniper rifles less bullshit than they are today, and there was no steady, combined with no auto aim for zero long range quick scoping.
