How can Facebook's current team can even try to meddle with an VR device? Of course Facebook will be involved in its processes but not in all of them.There are many aspects of a product,you know.Development is one of them parts Facebook will logically stay out of since they have no experience in that field.And of course they will be a part of other corporation affairs such as marketing,financing and such.I am not particularly happy with Oculus' choice but i also am excited about what can be achieved with Oculus' innovations and Facebook's reserves.

Oculus before wasnt exactly a charity, was it? Every corporation has to try to maximize their profits,that doesnt always mean it will result in a loss in quality or optimization.Also i cant see how Facebook really can exploit Oculus moneywise.It is not the same with Whatsapp,which is in the domain of social media.I dont think they can force us to watch 3d advertisements in every loading screen.At least i hope so...

I dont get what this whining is about. It's obvious as *** that Facebook will have nothing do with the development of Oculus and dont intent to merge Facebook with Oculus. Zuckerberg probably bought it in hoping to pioneer a new market since Facebook is rapidly losing popularity and market shares.What really bugs me is that Oculus first raised funds for its development and then sold out.

oculus was designed from scratch for PC. even sony itself said morpheus would be an addition to PS4. dont you see? they dont really care about us,the master race.
