Coming from a brazilian, police here will simply take your money if they feel like it, and they will feel like it if you try to bribe them. And maybe feel like beating the shit out of you for trying. Bribing the police here only works if you are from the agro industry and have enviromental fines or something in those lines,and it requires a lot of money.

I meant for escaping the algorithm that always bias your search engines. Sure, everyone is biased, but you may be surprised how much research, for example, needs to be done as biasless as possible in their sources.

Also confirmation bias can be greatly reduced that way, besides, to your point of nothing being unbiased, the more different sources you learn from the more you can lower your confirmation bias if you are not a brick headed fool.
