I think Sansa should actually be switched with Margaery. While we are not sure if Margaery is still a virgin or not, we can expect Sansa to have been ***ed more by Ramsay than Margaery by anyone. And with Ramsay being Ramsay, who knows what has been shoved up there. At least in the Series...
