I can't understand why anyone thinks this argument makes sense.

When you watch a guy play FIFA online, you're two degrees removed from actually playing soccer.

When you watch a soccer match on TV, you're one degree removed from actually playing soccer. See the difference?

Essentially, the argument is the following, "Why play COD when you can join the army?" Yeah, doesn't make so much sense, does it?
