the anime is Machine-Doll wa Kizutsukanai its ongoing w/ only two episodes. and I think I will keep it up for awhile I have tried contacting the people who run this site to figure out what my problem was with no luck. I just tried my gif again but it won't load up. does the site only support certain gif sites? I used makeagif.com for my gif.
