I still can't confirm it, but I think that you can't downvote someone into oblivion. tried with greyface a few times, it just registers the first two or three downvotes, and that ignore message appears

Well, usually you can tell that someone is a bot when he always post up to his daily limit (which is still a craptonne, like 15-20 a days), but that never post any comments. So they repost (mostly cancer) from others sites
