I think it's more against her reaction, which, while I disagree with it, is kind of justified seeing as he's making a joke at the expense of her dead family member. Just playing Devil's Advocate there.

Your point makes sense, but tbh her dead family member was a dictator, and people (including civilians) died because of him. She can take her outrage and shove it up her ass.
