lethargic behavior just shows an uneducated owner and a bad and or small enclosure, both easily fixable because if your animals are constantly dormant outside of winter rest/sleep than its your fault for not supplying them with an interesting enough lifestyle, invest money or a bit of creativity, mentally stimulated bearded dragons can be incredible active to the point you rather want a cat that bothers you less and sleeps all day instead... but i would never give up my scalies and the neighbours cat bothers us enough already
