Thats being done to "bump fire" the gun, by pulling forward on the gun with one hand and the other hand only pulling on the trigger with one finger and not holding the grip, which allows for extremely rapid fire with a semi auto firearm, as the recoil pushes the gun just far enough back to reset the trigger and then the gun is pulled back into the trigger finger. The video was probably made using a video of a man performing the firing and then using AI to replace him with a bikini clad female.
