i enjoyed it when i was 23-28
we worked in shifts, you got an night shift (24-8, so 8 hours) max 2x a week (weekend included), then you had basically 36 hours until your next shift again.
so if you worked on monday night, tuesday was off, and you worked again on wednesday afternoon, then on firiday morning, then 1 random shift in the weekend (probably night)
this worked great with 5 ppl and everyone loved it (all the team was around the same age)
