Except that isn't a symptom of Tourette's, at least not explicitly. Tourette's requires at least one motor and one physical tic with some qualifiers like time. The swearing is not a particularly common tic amongst Tourette's sufferers, and there isn't any evidence pointing to an internal association. Most of the time it's some combination of swearing and nonsense, like "*** my broom with your dog ***swaggler".
