People are doing stuff; this is a sure sign that stuff is as easy to do as it should be, and that nothing will diminish people's capacity to do stuff in the near future.

First time ordering a drink here... can I get an ouzo, ice and water? Got big news today: I'll be receiving an offer on Monday for a big career move. Different company, much higher salary, up a rung on ye olde ladder. Feels good friends.

Bro, take a moment to look up what SKG is actually doing. In a democracy, "raising awareness" DOES MATTER, at least so long as dedicated people are translating that awareness into politicians either feeling nervous or sensing opportunity. And that is what's happening! If a politician can make their next re-election that little bit more secure by dicking over corpos, they will do it. It's just a matter of making sure they actually feel that.

Also, the people complaining about this stuff very often are the ones also promoting indie games, small devs, and emulators. I don't know why you think a person can't do both.

AFAIK (not a Br*t), it's not so much the taxes, it's more that she broke the power of the unions (upsets the left + working class), and implemented the policies that led to the current collapse of the council housing system (upsets basically everyone except maybe landlords).
