Fe=1,Br=3,H=2, SO4=1 on the left. But we have 3 of sulphate on the right and two of iron, so, we multiply FeBr3 by 2 to get our two Iron molecules, and H2SO4 by 3, as we have three of sulphate (SO4) on the right.
