Short story, American is stupid and believes government controls all deers and they should move the deer signs to lower speed areas such as schools/small towns so that deers don't cross high speed roads where signs are put up.

Meh, most swedes just be like: "ohh boy, they are at it again. As long as it isn't in my yard i don't care". Funny because some rich part of stockholm had a middle eastern resturant open in their neighborhood and the swedes wanted to close it down because they didn't want any middle easterners there. That is basically the mentality :)
