The video is a skit for sure cause he needs to drain the pool to replace the bounding material for the tile anyway as it needs to dry to stick and harden.

I remember in Mass Effect 3 you had this grenade launcher thing with limited amo I used it only once in the entire game (it was when the fcking bashie squad murdered me 2 times. That was the only time in the game i needed it which i reckon is good design as most other RPG consumables and what not never get used if you don't play like your hands are in your arse.

Business can do good while treating employees like shit cause the economy is so ***ed people can no longer unionise and protest (getting sacked means losing your house if you living paycheck to paycheck) so the workers can no longer stand up and demand fair pay for their labour.

So it is up to the benevolence of the business owner to treat his employees like humans and give them some crumbs from the pie but most don't cause they are obssessed with making more money as their god is money and the few that do that can't grow their business much as the more cruel business that exploits their workers and is their competition usualy can beat their prices cause they have the money in reserve to wage a war and crush the smaller business with fair paid employees then once they have monopoly in the area they jack up the prices and make life less affordable.
