Personally if I got offered a 8/10 qt pie to be a devoted waifu if I did X and Y I would at least try. The problem is I know my limits and the market and I simply can't have that shit so doing X and Y feels like a wasted effort.
My looks are 3/10 cause I am fat. Socially I am 2/10 (barely any connections in society and no real social skills). Personality I am 1/10 (extremely selfish) and Money wise I am 5/10 (not in debt and good salary but not rich enough to afford expensive shit either). So a guy like me even if I invest 1 year of grind into improving my looks to 5-6/10 by getting fit and sepnding time on personal grooming and money on wardrobe I can't pull a 8/10 girl that is willing enough to improve my sex life and help with house chores with all my other scores in the dumbster. So rather than change and put myself out on the market only to be rejected I just took blackpill and just jerk off daily and don't talk to women.
