Theft of taxes and the undermining of goverment budgets and increasing state debt so even if a revolution does happen and the long nose tribe representatives are taken down the new people trying to fix the mess don't have the funds to fix their country and get replaced by new longnose tribe representatives that make things slightly better for a short time before making stuff infinitely worse.
