What's worse, you saw the volatile run past your window in plain daylight.

it's a shame that when CGI software is openly available, free, and artists do their thing, the first assumption is that it's just AI "slop"

My hometown in mexico appears to be an active warzone, there's cars and shops on fire, roads are barricaded, there's curfew.
I saw a video of a group of cartel members about to set a gas station on fire. There was a family of people on a car about to pump gas when the cartel members, armed with full auto guns, commanded the civilians to get out immediately. They were standing right besides the car when the civilians were allowed to drive away, and once the station was clear, they set it on fire.
These are drug cartel thugs.

Meanwhile, ICE, a government military branch of sorts, shot a US citizen when she was trying to drive away from the scene.

I hate this freak-show circus.

I still remember that opening scene in Legion of Angels where the mechanic is trying to fix a car only to realize most of the engine parts have been computerized, I'm not a mechanic so I don't know shit, but when I see the mechanic being puzzled, I panic

If Miyazaki remade RE5:
You explore africa in a non-linear map, eventually you are ambushed by a fish-like creature for seemingly no reason, and after killing it, you hear a voice-over that says "Excella! I have failed you!", and then you get its remembrance that unlocks a gun upgrade or a melee upgrade, the description says "Who do you think got this whole operation off the ground? Research like this doesn't fund itself, you know? Yet everyone looks down on me, well, not anymore"
Then you have to reverse-engineer the game to read the game files to realize that the fish-boss name is Irvine (just as people did to figure out that Radahn's horse's name was Leonard)

Pros:
-Non-linear exploration
-Actual tense environment

Cons:
-There's still co-op, but that means you gotta do everything twice because there's no shared progression
-You'll get invaded by wesker, who thinks he's too good at the game and claiming he's balancing the difficulty, but in reality he runs away when he gets hit once so that he can re-organize his entire build and spell-list only to come back, try to hit you and run away (in the opposite direction you're trying to explore) when he gets hit again.
-The main path is a hidden wall that you need to hit, making every secret feel like a main path and not a discovery anymore.
-You don't see anything happening, you just see the aftermath and through item descriptions (not even notes left by villagers) you get little chunks of lore

I did start hitting the gym last week. I only intend on losing 20 kilos (not sure how much is that in pounds lol), so knowing this helps a lot, just in case I start going through the same.

also, if this is a nod to GTA trilogy removing its fog, that wasn't a remake, it was a remaster

weren't people complaining that resident evil 2 was too dark to see?
