My point was that a single concrete road heats up a street more than all of the ACs on that street combined. Also the increase in average person's body weight since the 70s makes the subjective feeling of rising temperatures dwarf the actual objective rise of temperature. What you've been taught in college is likely almost completely useless and I have no idea how any sensible adult could use their college diploma in an argument.

The reason Europeans needs ACs is because they've all collectively moved to concrete bee hives which absorb sunrays and because they're a whole standard deviation fatter than their ancestors. The idea that ACs are meaningfully contributing to that objective/subjective feeling of cities being hotter is something only a creature like the one in OP's post could think of.
